Hamilton composer Lin-Manuel Miranda may not have an EGOT, but he does have an EGTT: Emmy, Grammy, Tony, and TikTok Meme.

An assortment of photos of Lin-Manuel Miranda biting his lip that he shared in 2018 are now making the rounds on TikTok. People are RickRolling the For You Page by sneaking the photo into existing TikTok trends such as Soulmate POVs, What I’d Wear, and Time Travel.

One way people are tricking their followers is by sharing a lip-biting picture after using his name as a typo for another word. Say hello to Lin in Bio, Hot Lin Bling, and Shark Lins at the beach.

This meme continues TikTok and Broadway’s long standing relationship together. Popular audio from Heathers: The Musical, Beetlejuice, and Six are mainstays on the platform, and Lin’s lip-bite shows how Broadway can use visuals to evolve its relationship with the platform.

Don’t worry too much about Miranda, though: he’s taking the jokes in stride and using it as freestyle material to promote his new Hulu documentary We Are Freestyle Love Supreme. You know, the way we all get over becoming a TikTok meme.
